How to Measure Your Head Size
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head about 1cm above your eyebrows and ears. This is your head circumference in centimeters.
- Small (S): 54–55 cm
- Medium (M): 56–57 cm
- Large (L): 58–59 cm
- X-Large (XL): 60–61 cm
The average adult head circumference in Egypt is around 56–58 cm, which falls into the Medium-Large range.
Adjustable vs. Fixed Size
Adjustable caps (like dad hats with a strap-back, or trucker hats with a snapback) fit most head sizes and are the easiest to buy online without measuring.
Fixed-size caps (like fitted baseball caps) require knowing your exact size, so measuring is essential.
